What we've built

We've built products from the ground up. Then we put them to work.

The products we own. The businesses we rebuilt. All of it live.

Where we came from

We built a robot and sold it to the world.

The world's first telerobotic chessboard. Pieces that move on their own, against an opponent anywhere on the planet. We built it, shipped it, and sold the company.

Entity Memory · Shared memory for AI tools

We built the part that AI is still missing.

Every AI tool locks its memory inside itself. Correct one, the others never hear about it. We built the fix: one memory every tool reads and writes.

01

It knows when it does not know.

Most systems return their best match however bad the options were. Ours can tell a good answer from the best of a bad set.

02

It forgets on purpose.

Unused memories decay. A correction never does. A fact that turns out wrong is replaced, never deleted.

03

It sees and hears.

Screenshots, voice notes, video and PDFs are indexed with the text. Ask in words, get back the screenshot.

04

It has a body.

We built the hardware too. A device that listens, remembers, and talks back. A companion that already knows you.

The same engine, pointed at a different body of text, runs a free WhatsApp assistant answering questions across a million words of Jain scripture in two languages, each answer cited to its source. The hard part is the engine, and the engine carries over. Point it at your contracts, your rate sheets, or thirty years of job history and it works the same way.

Sky2C · Instant freight quoting platform

A two-day quoting process, replaced by an instant answer.

Every shipment was quoted by hand. Two days for an answer, by which point they had often booked elsewhere. Now it takes seconds. The team went back to selling.

NestFindr · White-label marketplace

A Zillow of their own, under their own name.

Buying in Dubai from abroad meant trusting a broker you never met. We built the marketplace that removes him. Any brokerage can run it as their own.

Golden State · AI front desk and 3D showroom

A front desk that never goes home.

Thirty-three years of trust, and every call still answered by hand. Now a voice agent takes the calls, an assistant works Yelp and books the job, AI runs the ads, and 3D Cars Studio runs the showroom. The owner is back on cars.

Replaced Calls answered by hand Yelp replies by hand Quotes only in business hours Manually managed ads Guesswork on the look

Quote requests arrived in launch week, from hours the shop was shut. Early days.

What we look for

The most expensive process in your business is the one nobody questions.

Usually the oldest one. A quote that takes two days because it always has. A lead that goes cold overnight. None of it is strategy. All of it is cost.

A long-running logistics back office at the end of the day: a landline handset off the cradle, a thick clipped stack of printed rate sheets, a handwritten notebook, and a whiteboard of hand-drawn columns behind
01

Find it.

We sit inside the operation and count. What repeats, what waits on a person, what falls through. The hours and the lost deals are the brief.

02

Build it.

Sometimes AI, sometimes plain software. The test is whether the work stops needing a person, not whether the stack sounds impressive. If your problem does not need AI, we will tell you.

03

Prove it.

Live in production, measured against what it replaced. If it does not move a number, it does not stay.

How it starts

A diagnostic first. Then a fixed scope.

We find and price your worst process, and what it takes to end it. In writing, either way.

  1. DiagnosticWe sit inside the operation and price the manual work. You get the plan in writing.
  2. Fixed scopeIf you build with us, the scope and the date are agreed before anything starts.
  3. Live, then measuredSupport after launch is a separate decision, made later.
Questions

The ones we get asked most.

What does Horizon actually build?+

Software, workflow automation, AI, robots. Whatever it takes to solve the business. We've shipped consumer hardware to fifty countries and deployed AI that answers leads at midnight. When the thing that solves it does not exist yet, we build that too.

Is everything you build AI?+

No. Sometimes the right answer is plain software, and we'll say so. What we care about is whether the work stops needing a person.

Can we license 3D Cars Studio for our own shop?+

Yes. It runs on your domain, in your brand, with a touchscreen for the front desk, and quote requests land in your inbox. It suits showrooms, PPF shops, tint shops and detailers.

Who owns the software you build for us?+

You do, from day one. Client work is yours, code included. Our own products stay ours and are licensed to you, which is what keeps them cheaper than building the same thing from scratch.

What in your business should a machine be doing?

Tell us where the hours go. We will name the most expensive manual process you have and show you what it would take to end it.
